I’m Micaela—sometimes Mica for short. I’m a strategic marketer, creative problem-solver, and lifelong relationship builder with more than 13 years of experience producing integrated campaigns and creative partnerships for Fortune 500 brands to shaping product marketing, competitive strategy, and go-to-market programs for global technology companies. A common thread being that I’m happiest in fast-moving environments where I can navigate ambiguity, connect the dots between people and ideas, and balance creative thinking with thoughtful strategy.

Outside of work, I live on two acres in Sonoma County with my husband and two young daughters, where I’m often dreaming up a project for our home, trying a new restaurant, or enjoying a hike out at Bodega Bay.
